Responsibilities - Manage one of our 14 bus interchanges and lead a total staff strength of about 300 to 400 Bus Captains to provide quality bus service
- Implement policies, monitor and maintain key performance indicators and manage staff and Customers for effective and efficient bus operations
Requirements - Degree in any discipline and minimum 10 years of working experience with 4 years or more in operations
- Result-oriented and able to handle unpredictable demands of daily operations in a fast paced environment
- Enjoy managing people and able to interact well with all levels of staff
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
