Responsibilities Manage one of our 14 bus interchanges and lead a total staff strength of about 300 to 400 Bus Captains to provide quality bus service Implement policies, monitor and maintain key performance indicators and manage staff and Customers for effective and efficient bus operations Requirements Degree in any discipline and minimum 10 years of working experience with 4 years or more in operations Result-oriented and able to handle unpredictable demands of daily operations in a fast paced environment Enjoy managing people and able to interact well with all levels of staff Excellent interpersonal and writing skills Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Please write in with detailed resume including current and expected salary and contact number. www.sbstransit.com.sg
