Responsibilities:
- Help with content management system development (pre-launch)
- Populate content online (pre-launch)
- Write, edit, proofread, update (including removal of expired materials) and publish content (copy, image, video) for different Web channels
- Ensure copy quality standards are met
- Work with Editorial, Sales and Design to create timely, compelling Web content
- Serve as content owners of designated channels
- Manage the community aspects of the site, such as monitoring and moderating interactive content and discussions, handling visitor requests, comments, feedback
- Compile and distribute content for e-newsletters and e-mail campaigns
- Track statistics (traffic, click-through rates etc) and analyse online content to continually improve site effectiveness
- Format and tag Web content for search engine optimisation
- Fix errors, broken links etc

Requirements:
- Degree in journalism, communications, English or related field
- At least two years of experience in writing, editing, publishing online content, including digital images and videos
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Understanding of Web information architecture, navigation and usability
- Knowledge of Web content management systems
- Understanding of basic Web analytics and statistics
